THE CARETTA CARETTA TURTLES LOVE THE HYBLE BEACHES

We have reached 5, up until last week, for the number of nests. This was communicated by the marine biologist and operator of the WWF "Turtles" project, Oleana Prato. The beginning of a new adventure also for the citizen volunteers who last year, had taken care of the nests of Sampieri and Modica until mid-October.

If you spot a turtle approaching a beach, remember not to disturb the animal in the slightest and, if possible, to clear the beach of objects or people to allow it to lay its eggs in complete tranquility.
