  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Check-out must be done by 10:00 on the day you leave the apartment.

  • Are the apartments air conditioned?

    All our apartments have air conditioning in the living room kitchen and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.

  • Will I find an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, cutlery, tablecloth, etc. in the apartment?

    Our apartments are equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

  • Are the apartments equipped with a coffee machine?

    You will find the coffee maker at your disposal.

  • Will I find detergents for cleaning dishes and floors in the apartment?

    Detergents are not included.

  • Are the apartments provided with linen?

    Yes, all our apartments are equipped with bathroom, bed and kitchen linens.

  • Will I find a shower towel or bathrobe?

    Yes. One bath towel per person is included.

  • Are the apartments equipped with a washing machine?

  • Are the apartments equipped with hand blenders?

    No, this service is not included.

  • Is there a possibility to light a barbecue?

    Some apartments have a barbecue on the veranda and other apartments have common areas with barbecue. Other specific apartments do not have this service.

  • Is the pool open to the public or only to guests of the property?

    The swimming pool is accessible only to guests of the Residence (a swimming cap is mandatory).

  • Is breakfast included?

    Our apartments are equipped with everything you need to ensure you can prepare every meal independently.

  • Are pets such as dogs accepted?

    Yes. The pet fee is €25.

  • How often is the apartment cleaned?

    Cleaning is done at check-in and extra services can be provided at a cost of €25 per service.

  • How does check-in work?

    To make your check-in easier, you will be contacted within one day before your arrival and provided with the necessary information. You will be sent the location of your apartment and we will agree together on a time to check-in.

  • What is included in the accommodation fee?

    The stay fee includes the consumption of water, electricity and gas, supply of bed linen, bathroom and kitchen linen, beach towels for the swimming pool (service included for residences with swimming pool).

  • Are there any extra charges?

    The only extra charges are for final cleaning and the tourist tax (mandatory by law). Optional charges include: pet fee, camping cot, beach umbrella.

  • What is the tourist tax and why do I have to pay it?

    The tourist tax is a municipal tax, equal to 1 euro per night per person, it is paid at check-in in cash and is valid for guests over 12 years old.

  • How does the payment method work?

    At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the cost of the stay must be paid, by bank transfer or credit card. The balance will be paid at the property, at check-in, by bank transfer, credit card, POS or cash (checks are not accepted).

  • What are the pool opening hours?

    The swimming pool is open from 09:00 to 20:00.
